One of the best things about spring is getting the outside of your home ready for this wonderful season! From planting new flowers in the front of your home to updating some of your homes features – your home’s spring curb appeal can have a fresh, new look!

One of the easiest and reasonable changes for curb appeal is changing out old or pitted front light fixtures.  Whether it’s just changing the light bulbs to clear ones and cleaning the glass really well or completely changing out the fixtures, you can  give a quick updated look.

Painting your front door is one way to up your home’s curb appeal. Go for a bright color, or one that coordinates with your shutters. Red is always popular and a light blue or sunshine yellow will capture the attention of all those who pass by!

Give your home the perfect spring look by ensuring that you keep up with the yard work and other landscaping. Mow your grass regularly as well as completing edging on the sidewalks and along the driveway. Adding bright flowers to the flowerbed and bushes or small trees will also give your home a great look for the spring.

If you’re looking for ideas and inspiration on how you can spruce up your home’s curb appeal, don’t forget to check out our commercial outdoor display at Grady Vet Hospital on Winton Road. Every season we do a special seasonal display for our wonderful clients. This spring we’ve got a screened-in porch design and extension of the indoors to your porch. When you’ve got a screened-in porch, one of the best ways to give it a good look is to use rugs, lamps, and coordinating fabrics.

Check out the photos below to see more of what we do – we’d love to help you get your home ready for spring and the coming summer!
